Charlie has that and Honeys (was Darlings), as did Boysie and Smudge for the last year or so we had them. Not the cheapest way to feed raw, but we like the quality, ethics etc, and as a veggie it makes it easier for me to feed a raw diet with minimal handling. |

Fern's dog trainer recommended this for her, but we haven't tried it yet. Maria - does it come in whole blocks of a kilo or half kilo? I hope that it's divided up in some way, but I can't see any info on there web site. |

Natural Instinct comes in tubs - usually 1kilo (some are smaller), which you defrost and can leave in the fridge for a few days. You measure out what you need for each meal (dependent on your dogs weight) . We tend to measure out 2 meals at a time, feeding one straight away, and leaving one in the fridge for the next meal. Charlie has about 350 - 400g a day, so a defrosted tub would last just over 2 days. Honeys comes in plastic wrapped 500g 'sausage' type packaging, which is a bit trickier as you need to decant it into a container to defrost before serving. Hope that helps

Natural instinct - a very good food. I used it when I was first switching to raw and was nervous about what what to do as everyone was telling me it was rocket science (it isn't). I rate it highly. Especially if you don't have time or storage space to raw feed from scratch. |
